Free information and counseling regarding:

• Medicare
• Medicare Supplements
• Long term care insurance
• Medicare Advantage plans
• Prescription drug plans

Assistance with:

• Completing insurance forms
• Claim appeals
• Informed referrals

Trained counselors will provide services to Medicare beneficiaries of all ages, their representatives, and persons soon to be eligible for Medicare. 

Outreach and Enrollment Assistance

Our Outreach Team will:

• Provide individual assistance with the completion of enrollment forms
• Provide consumer education about special Medicare benefits
• Provide educational in-service and technical assistance to community-based and social service agencies

• Disease Prevention Services
• Prescription Assistance
• Utility Assistance
• Hearing Aid Assistance
• Nutrition Assistance
• Heating Energy Assistance

• Program enrollment may be available to assist with copays & deductibles
